Concepts
Proof before promises.
Front Door is new. The creative experience behind it is not. This is where we show how we think, what we would make and how we would approach the kinds of problems local businesses bring to us.
Every concept is clearly labeled. No invented clients. No fake results. Just the work, the strategy and the reasoning behind it.

How to read this page
01 · The problem
What is getting in the customer’s way or weakening the first impression?
02 · The idea
What is the simplest creative or strategic direction that could make the experience better?
03 · The system
How can the idea become useful across more than one post, page or campaign?
Concept 01 · Brand system
Build a brand people recognize before they read the name.
The problem
A business may have a logo, but its website, social graphics, photography and marketing still look like they came from four different places. The customer sees inconsistency before they ever understand the offer.
The idea
Create a small, disciplined visual system that makes the business recognizable wherever it appears. Fewer random design choices. More repetition of the right ones.
The system could include
Logo + mark usage
Color + typography
Photography direction
Social templates
Website visual direction
Brand voice + messaging

Concept 02 · Content system
One good shoot should do more than create one good post.
The problem
A lot of businesses create content one emergency at a time. Someone realizes nothing has been posted, finds an old photo, makes a graphic and starts over again a few days later.
The idea
Plan a focused production day around a content system instead of a single deliverable. Capture the people, process, details, environment and stories once, then build multiple useful pieces from the same production.
One shoot could create
Brand photography
Vertical video
Website hero assets
Behind-the-scenes content
Campaign creative
Service explainers
Weeks of social content

Concept 03 · Digital front door
Fix what customers see first.
The problem
The business may be excellent in person while its online presence makes it look confusing, dated or interchangeable. Customers are making a decision before the business gets a chance to explain itself.
The idea
Look at the business in the same order a new customer does. Search result. Social profile. Website. Photography. Reviews. Call to action. Then remove the friction between first impression and next step.
What we would examine
Five-second first impression
Website message + hierarchy
Social profile
Visual consistency
Photography + video
Calls to action
Customer journey

Front Door as concept 00
We are applying the same thinking to ourselves.
This website is part of the proof. Front Door started with a generic agency-style site and is being rebuilt around a clearer idea, a tighter visual system and a more useful customer journey.
Before
Generic agency language
Too many disconnected services
Stock-heavy imagery
Weak conversion path
Template content
Direction now
One clear positioning idea
Three core service categories
Founder-led story
Concept work labeled honestly
Digital Front Door Review as the primary next step
This will become Front Door’s first documented case study as the rebuild is completed and real performance data becomes available.
The standard
When real work arrives, it earns its place here.
As Front Door completes client projects, concepts will be joined by case studies showing the actual problem, process, deliverables and results we can responsibly document. We will not manufacture testimonials, numbers or outcomes to make the company look older than it is.
Give us a real business to think about.
Start with a free Digital Front Door Review. We will look at what your customers see today and identify the three improvements we would prioritize first.
